Yes, this place has been neglected due to many changes in work, classes, my hobbies n current ICT that I haven't had much free time online... but since I'm bored but can't think of what to write I'll steal an idea off Mr Brown.

JIBUN WOOOOO..... strikes again

It's now time again for a Karaoke session ^^ and the plan this time is to have it on 9 Nov( this coming Sunday)

Venue: Cash Studios (located in Ming Arcade behind Forum MAP)
Time: We will be there at least for 3 hrs and probably start around 1:30PM
Cost: depends on total number of participants and we'll split the bill.

Based on the last session's experience and suggestions, it would seem that a room of 6-8 persons would be most ideal as you can imagine in a 8 pax room u gotta wait 7 songs b4 your turn and that's like 30mins between each song... any longer will be SPARTA!!! madness. If we have >8 participants I would actually suggest getting 2 rooms instead.

The cost breakdown would be as such:
6pax= ($38+($7x3)+$6)x1.1 ~ $12/pax
7pax= ($38+($7x4)+$7)x1.1 ~$11.50/pax
8pax= ($38+($7x5)+$8)x1.1 ~$11/pax

Notes: $38 is for 3 hour room charge inclusive of 1st 3 participants, each additional participant would have to pay another $7. There is also a "royalty" fee of $1/pax and 10% svc charge. Each additional hour extension would be $20/room.

For those attending this session, please leave a comment here by Saturday so I know what to expect as I'm gonna make a phone booking. You may also wanna bring your own romanized lyrics. Since we're on the topic of outings, Paintball was suggested in our IRC channel (#teamblue on the Rizon server) so I'm considering a session in December. The place would be Red Dynasty Paintball located in Khatib and package costs range from $25.90 to $49.90(50 -250 paintballs) and gameplay can take about 1-2 hours.
Do leave a feedback so that I know what's the interest level like and I'll look into planning a session.
